By accessing or using the services of BlueStreet Columbus Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Description

BlueStreet Columbus Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Columbus, IN and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Concrete driveways and patios
• Concrete slab and foundation work
• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Concrete repair and replacement
• Sidewalks, walkways, and flatwork
• Commercial concrete services
• Retaining walls and concrete masonry

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require:

• A deposit before work begins
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and your approval

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site issues may impact the timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties on materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is prepared as discussed during the estimate. This may include:

• Removing vehicles and obstacles from the work area
• Ensuring pets are secured
• Providing access to water and electricity if needed
• Notifying neighbors of upcoming work if applicable

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the project scope must be submitted in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Liability and Insurance

BlueStreet Columbus Concrete maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the estimate process.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the State of Indiana.
